Shipping & Delivery
We aim to handle each order with care and attention, reflecting the nature of the work.
Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days.
Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the item. Handcrafted works, limited releases or custom pieces may require additional time for preparation or production.
During periods of high demand or releases, processing times may be extended.
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A standard rate may apply depending on the item and size of the shipment.
International orders are shipped via trusted global carriers such as UPS or equivalent services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk transfers to the buyer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or collected from the studio.
For high-value or fragile works, we strongly recommend appropriate insurance during transport.

We will assist in assessing the situation and determining a suitable solution where possible.
